What the system does

Most of an ad budget
is spent on ads that never sell.

Which ones cannot be identified by hand. The platform reports clicks and its own conversion figures — measured with its own attribution, and not independently verifiable; the steps that lead to a payment are not visible. One quantity is decisive: money returned relative to money spent over the same period.

Where the budget is lost unseen

The network reports its own results

A platform's conversion figures originate from the party being paid for the result. They cannot be verified independently and are reported in a direction that favours higher spend.

The steps before a sale are not recorded

Between a click and a payment lie sign-ups and checkouts. When only the final order is recorded, the path that produced it remains unknown.

Confirmation by sale alone is slow and costly

Evaluating an ad by completed orders alone requires weeks and substantial spend before a conclusion is available — too slow and too expensive to test one ad at a time.

The chain that runs instead

Seven links. Each one functions only because the preceding one did; removing any link disables every link above it.

1

The campaign structure is defined in advance

Each product, channel and audience occupies a separate unit; the common pool is not averaged together. Without this separation, results are not comparable. It is the basis for everything that follows.

2

Preparation is performed automatically

From the site, the system identifies the products, generates the ad copy, selects the images, compiles the keywords, and publishes the ads across the networks — Telegram and Google.

3

Every ad carries a tag

Each link receives a marker, so a click can be matched to the ad, campaign and placement it came from. Tagging is applied to all links without omission. An untagged click cannot be attributed to its source ad.

4

The full funnel is tracked, including the steps before a sale

Impression, click, sign-up, checkout and payment are each recorded and tied to the ad that produced them and to the user. The result signal is taken from actual payments, not from the network's reported conversions. Intermediate steps are observable earlier and at lower cost than a sale, which shortens the time to a conclusion.

5

Spending proceeds in stages, verified at each step

An ad begins on a minimal budget. In the absence of clicks, spending stops; with clicks, the next step is examined — sign-up, checkout, payment. The budget advances only after the preceding step is confirmed, so it is not committed to an ad that failed the first, inexpensive step.

6

Cost and speed are reported per ad

Not an account-wide average, but, per placement, the cost of acquiring a customer and the rate at which customers arrive. A low cost combined with a low arrival rate has little value; both conditions are required.

7

The budget is directed to the fastest performers, and turnover grows

Ads that acquire customers at low cost and high speed receive more budget; ineffective ads lose it, and an ad exceeding its limit is stopped within the hour. When funds return quickly, the response is not only to reduce cost but to route more budget through what performs. The sequence runs automatically and continuously, ad by ad.

Measured by speed, not by cost alone

Money returned / day ÷ Money spent / day

The criterion is not low cost in itself, but the amount of money returned over a defined period. For that reason the budget can do more than contract — it can increase turnover by routing more through the ads that return fastest.

How it's measured

Where it applies

A fit

A business with a product that already sells, evaluated by money returned rather than by intermediate percentages. The budget answers a single question — whether it earns, and how quickly — and the system is built around that question.

Not a fit

A search for a short-lived tactic, a viral result, or a guaranteed outcome by a fixed deadline. The system provides none of these — only an accurate account of where the budget goes and a consistent allocation toward what returns.

A site is the only input. The rest is automatic.

From the link, the system identifies the products, builds the campaigns, prepares and places the ads, tracks each step to the payment, and directs the budget toward what returns fastest.
